Why am I not receiving reminders?
Some device models can prevent applications from running in the background. Consequently, scheduled notifications may not work properly when the application is in the background on certain devices or when the device hasn’t been used for a while. We are very sorry for this inconvenience.

Why is this month’s timetables missing?
Timetables updates are managed by the mosque and need to manually be uploaded by them to the app. As soon as this happens, you should receive a notification that they are available.

Why do I see ads?
The ads you see in the app are not Google Ads or any of the sort - they are deals or arrangements that the mosque has with other companies, even from before the mosque was registered to the app, and are entirely managed by the mosque. With these ads you are supporting your mosque and we do our best so that they are not invasive to your experience using the app. You can even check the deals from the “Offers and Sponsors” section of the app.

What is my data used for?
We hold the minimum amount of data from you in order to save your preferences while using the app. If you would like to use your account across multiple devices, or recover it when you change your phone, then you need to register using a login method. However, this is not mandatory in order to use most of the features available in the app.
If you would like to have your data deleted, simply go to your account settings and click on “Delete Account” - bear in mind that this action cannot be undone and all your data will be lost including your progress and settings.

Is my data shared or sold to other companies?
Your data is not sold and we might share only part of your identifiable data (such as your user id) with the mosque you are registered to in order to allow the two parties to communicate with each other or to access certain features. Any other data shared with the mosque is unidentifiable, anonymous and aggregated.
